Mark Jackson

Mark Jackson was a successful stock market trader and real estate investor for over 30 years. He is now focusing his business acumen helping clients maintain the integrity of their properties including apartment communities, shopping or convention centers, convenience stores, hotels and any other commercial, industrial or residential properties. A native Denverite, Mark is passionate about helping charitable organizations thrive. Mark enjoys golfing, hiking, and spending time with his three grandchildren.

Idi Jackson

Idi Jackson has been in the real estate and construction business for over 25 years. From back office accounting to office manager she has been involved in all aspects of running a successful multi-family portfolio of 5000 units. She has also been the office manager and scheduler for 25 construction personnel for a local construction company and worked closely with property managers and owners.

As the Managing Member of Colorado Concrete and Asphalt this is an exciting addition to her vast real estate and construction background. She graduated Cum Laude from the University of Colorado in Boulder and has also taken advanced business classes. As a Denver native, she is very familiar with the needs of her community and is always willing to be the best at customer service, immediate response to clients, and professionalism from herself as well as the workers in the field. When she is not working, she is with her 3 young grandchildren.

Bear Deardorff

Bear Deardorff has 43 years of experience in the construction industry, including owning and
operating four of his own construction remodeling companies. The last 15 years of his career
were spent on consulting, designing, estimating and project management within the concrete, asphalt, masonry and stucco trades for both new construction and remodeling.

Bear has worked closely with multi-family, commercial, industrial and residential property managers and property owners, as well as maintenance and engineering teams. As the Senior Estimator for Colorado Concrete and Asphalt, he is excited to serve each client’s needs as though they were his own.

He is also deeply involved in charity work and he co-pastors a local Christian church in Littleton. Both transplanted, but raised from childhood in Golden, Colorado, Bear and his wife have four grown children and twelve grandchildren
