BEAR DEARDORFF PROMOTED TO BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT DIRECTOR FOR CCA
Colorado Concrete and Asphalt’s original Senior Estimator and Project Manager, Bear Deardorff has accepted the position of Business Development Director. He has a long history in the construction industry, starting back in 1970’s with the first of four construction companies he founded, owned and operated.
After graduating with a Marketing degree from Southwest Missouri State University, Bear began working with concrete in 1986 for Bomanite Architectural Concrete Systems in Little Rock Arkansas. He began working with asphalt in January 2010 as a Senior Estimator with an asphalt paving company in his hometown of Golden before taking on the same role at another concrete and asphalt paving company in Littleton several years later. Bear served for two years as the Senior Estimator/Project Manager here at Colorado Concrete and Asphalt and, as the Business Development Director will now be developing our marketing, business networking and growth opportunities as we move into new territories.
